Coaching@WDSC

Central to our coaching is the ‘Wycombe Way’ philosophy.  Quality coaching focused on technique, skills and aerobic development. Each year in the development of a swimmer is important and we aim to ensure they get the best coaching to enable them to reach their potential. We aim to continually introduce and train new coaches through our volunteering opportunities.  Without volunteer coaches we could not provide the level of service we do.

Coaching is a rewarding occupation, working with individual swimmers helping them to achieve their goals.  Through our coaching pathway you can build your knowledge of Swimming, gain new skills in leadership and teaching, learn more about physical development and enjoy being part of a great team.  We will support you with training and mentoring suitable for your role.

So whether you want to add new skills for your CV, add some volunteering as part of your schooling, give something back to the sport or just do something new Coaching@WDSC has a role for you.
